It’s hard to believe that it’s now just 2 days until we set off from the Runswick Bay Hotel on our big adventure raising money for Val! We’ve sorted out our arrangements, packed our things… oh, and we’ve raised over £1500 for Val already!
Here are a few photos from today. Best foot forward on my final practice walk, a lovely little 3 1/4 mile journey through the sunny Springtime countryside from Ilkley to Addingham. There was time to stop and smell the flowers, with the added bonus of delicious coffee with a view of the river at Hamilton’s in Addingham!
I hope I’ve remembered everything! And has anyone ever tried to fasten a poster onto a rucksack?!!!
