Combining my loves of walking, the Yorkshire coast and Reiki, I’m so looking forward to it and really hoping we can raise some […]

We’re so lucky to have this glorious scenery on the doorstep – literally being able to walk in the countryside from your own front door is a real blessing, especially when you’re training for a walking challenge! (Thanks again to Luci for creating the reel x)
Happy Easter 🐣
Moody weather in beautiful Whitby for Easter Sunday. This is where we’ll be completing Day 1 of the Reiki Ramble on May 1st.

Another of Luci’s fantastic reels to illustrate some of our prep, and our inspiration.
4 weeks to go…
So exciting that in just 4 weeks’ time we’ll be donning these to go out and begin our Reiki Ramble for Val at the beautiful Runswick Bay! We climbed through the bluebell woods, where the flowers are beginning to emerge ready for […]

In the 19th century, an attempt was made to create a new, fashionable resort there, to be known as “Peak” (probably after […]
Monday March 9th; Hazel and I did an 11 mile practice walk from Ilkley to the lovely Abbey Tea Rooms at Bolton Bridge, walking through Nesfield to Addingham on the way and along the Dales Way on the return journey. We were lucky enough to have a dry day for it! The old Bolton Bridge […]
